WE OFTEN GET ASKED ABOUT INSTALLATION.......
We don't do installs ourselves, but we do have a few qualified installers to whom we regularly refer work and they do installs in the area around 30 miles from our base in Manchester. We have chosen them because they are properly qualified, we have seen the quality of their work and we are happy their prices are reasonable.
As a courtesy to them, we don't give out their details until a customer has bought a stove. This is because they get asked to do lots of home visits and prepare quotes that then don't lead to work, which costs them a lot of lost time and money.
If you live elsewhere in the UK, we also have a list of suitably qualified installers, and we can give you a short list of one's close to your postcode. However, please note again that we will only do this for people who have already bought their stove and committed to having the job done.
A referral, by us, to any installer is not a guarantee of the quality of their work. Your booking will be with them and you will be paying them directly for the work.
